How is the cost of dumpster rental determined?
Your cost is determined by delivery location, size of the container, and type of debris.

Will the dumpster delivery damage my driveway?
Our trucks are medium duty with a hook lift that carefully sets the dumpster in place. All wheels are inspected regularly, and will not harm concrete. If the homeowner is still concerned, they can place OSB board in the driveway for the dumpster to be placed. See our video of dumpster delivery below.

Can the dumpster be placed off the driveway?
The delivery driver will determine the best placement. If the homeowner would like the container placed in a different location, a waiver must be signed saying they are responsible for any damage to lawn, landscape, sidewalk, concrete and any tow fees if necessary.

Is it necessary for someone to be available for delivery?
It is preferred, but not necessary, to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the dumpster rental. However, please be as specific as possible when answering the delivery questions, as the driver will use their best judgment and place the roll off container in the safest accessible area when delivering. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal, customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster rental equipment on the scheduled pick-up day. If the dumpster rental is inaccessible, the customer is subject to additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.
